Manage Subscription

This guide will help you set up subscription management within Stripe and will help you customize the functionality of the customer portal.

  1. Based on your subscription product, you can navigate to the below location

  • Residential Proxy Subscriptions: Purchase -> Residential Proxies -> Billing & History -> Subscriptions

  • ISP Proxy Subscriptions: Purchase -> ISP Proxies -> Billing & History

  1. Based on the section you are in, you can see the all subscriptions there

  1. Click on the Manage Subscriptions button

  1. Here you can select the plans and cancel as you want.
