How can I get a refund if I don’t like the proxies or they don’t work for my use case?
Thank you for reaching out to us. We completely understand how important it is for your proxies to align with your specific requirements. That said, as outlined in our Terms of Service, refunds are only issued in cases where the proxies provided are not functioning as intended (for example, persistent connection issues or service downtime).
In situations where the proxies are technically working but happen to be incompatible with a particular target site, platform, or software, we’re unfortunately unable to process a refund. This is why we strongly encourage customers to share their intended use case with us beforehand. Doing so allows our team to recommend the most suitable proxy plan based on our experience or let you know if the use case may fall outside what we can confidently support.
We truly value your understanding on this matter. Our support team is here to assist with configuration guidance, optimization tips, or alternative solutions to help you get the most from your proxy plan. Please don’t hesitate to let us know how we can further assist you.
