How do I cancel my proxy subscription?

You can easily manage or cancel your subscription directly through the Stripe billing portal.

Steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to the billing section:

    • Residential Proxy Subscriptions: Navigate to Purchase → Residential Proxies → Billing & History → Subscriptions

    • ISP Proxy Subscriptions: Navigate to Purchase → ISP Proxies → Billing & History

If nothing is shown in the subscription history section please select "All time" for the period.

  1. View your active subscriptions: Once in the correct section, you’ll see all your current subscriptions listed.

  1. Click “Manage Subscriptions.” This will open the customer portal powered by Stripe.

  1. Cancel your subscription: Within the customer portal, you can easily select the active plan you wish to cancel and confirm the subscription cancellation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • You’ll continue to have access to your proxies until that date.

  • After the cycle ends, your access will automatically stop and you won’t be charged again unless you reactivate or purchase a new plan.
